What we collect
- Contact details you enter: name, email and phone.
- Property and request details: state, property type, loan purpose, value, loan amount, occupancy and your message.
- Visit details: the landing page URL, the referring page, and campaign or click identifiers in the link you followed (such as utm tags, gclid or fbclid), stored in your browser for the session.
- Standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To respond to your request by email, phone or text, as you consented to in the form.
- To evaluate your scenario and share it with wholesale lenders whose programs may fit.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests, and to prevent spam and fraud.
Who we share it with
Loan Daddy LLC and its staff; wholesale lenders reviewing your scenario; and service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, database, CRM and messaging providers, under their own confidentiality obligations. We may share information when required by law. We don't sell your personal information.
Texting and opting out
If you consented to texts, reply STOP to any message to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. It stores first-visit details in your browser's session storage so we can attribute your request; that data clears when you close the tab.
